The Flume Trail

Nevada's Flume Trail is one of the most popular off-road trails
in Tahoe. The Flume Trail has an elevation gain of 2,670 feet
and a one-way distance of 24 miles. The ride begins the same
as the Marlette Lake ride . The Flume begins at the dam near
Marlette Lake where the next 4.5 miles are single track.

This ride begins at Spooner Lake in the Lake Tahoe Nevada State
Park. Turn left on the dirt road that heads toward the meadow
and follow a sandy road for five miles to Marlette Lake.
Paige Meadows

Beginning at the William Kent Campground near Tahoe City, this
loop contains no extreme uphills and leads to an open meadow
filled with wildflowers. Follow the bike path north and turn
left on Granlibakken Road. Another two miles up the trail you
will turn left on Rawhide Drive, where a dirt road leads you
to the meadow. Total loop is around 20 miles.
Tahoe Cross-Country Bike Trails

When the snow melts, Tahoe Cross-Country ski area becomes a mountain
biking arena. Located near North Lake Tahoe High School outside
of Tahoe City, you may park your car in at the day lodge. Hundreds
of kilometers of trails exist. Be careful… there are few
trail markers.
Truckee River Trail

This is a well-maintained and paved trail along the Truckee River.
Enjoy the views of the sparkling water and the thick forests
that cover its banks. The trail starts and ends at the River
Ranch where you are invited to sit on the outdoor patio and enjoy
the scenery. The trip is a total of 8 miles roundtrip.
